But you know there were some unlucky Gmail users whose accounts were all erased without any reason.
There were about 0.02 percent of all Gmail users or roughly 40,000 of the 200 million accounts were affected due to the “unexpected bug” that makes all their Gmail data including mails, contacts, calendars, events erased.
One of my friend was unlucky too because he was one of 0.02 percent of Gmail users. He came to me and told me about everything about Gmail data loss. At the same moment, I logged in my Gmail account and it was working fine. But, I noticed that my friend was not panicked at all even he had lost his all valuable data related to his work. Later, he told me that he is using Mozilla Thunderbird from quite a long time and each mail from starting of his account is saved offline.
Eventually, he received all Gmail data after two days by Google because they make backup of everything. Fortunately, Google had backup of all those accounts and thus they restored everyone’s data. But what would if Google wouldn’t have backup of your Google account? or What if someday it would erased forever and Google couldn’t something?
